Clinical evidence comes first
Every technology we introduce to our portfolio is evaluated based on published clinical evidence. Market trends alone do not define our choices.
Where light servesthe science of skin
Clinically documented photobiomodulation technologies that support modern dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
Skin science is constantly evolving, and so are the technologies that support modern medical and aesthetic dermatology. Market trends change, but scientific and clinical evidence remain the foundation for informed technology selection.
INTEGRIS Pharma, through its specialized Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology Division Integris Derma, brings clinically documented photobiomodulation technologies to healthcare professionals in Greece and Cyprus. Each technology is selected according to rigorous scientific criteria, including its mechanism of action, clinical evidence, and the meaningful value it brings to everyday clinical practice.
We select technologies that create lasting value for healthcare professionals and their patients.
Both Kleresca® and Lumixa® are based on FLETECH® (Fluorescent Light Energy Technology), a patented photobiomodulation platform developed by FB-Dermatology. FLETECH® uses chromophore-containing gels activated by LED light to convert incoming light into Fluorescent Light Energy (FLE), supporting targeted photobiological responses in the skin.
Each application of FLETECH technology combines a different chromophore, energy profile and clinical objective, spanning two distinct regulatory categories: CE-marked medical devices and professional cosmetic products under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
Unlike direct LED photobiomodulation, which applies light to the skin, FLETECH adds a conversion step: the chromophore gel absorbs the LED light (440–460 nm) and converts it into Fluorescent Light Energy (FLE), creating a broader photobiological response than direct LED exposure alone.
Kleresca® is a CE-marked Class IIa medical device based on photobiomodulation, indicated for moderate and severe acne and rosacea in accordance with its approved intended use.
Technologies with lasting value in modern dermatological and aesthetic practice
Lumixa® is a professional cosmetic photobiomodulation range designed to support visible skin recovery and improve overall skin quality. It may be used as a standalone protocol or integrated before, between or after almost all commonly performed aesthetic procedures, according to the healthcare professional’s assessment.
